In case of cancellation up to 14 days before arrival, the guest will pay the total price. If canceled earlier, the total amount will be refunded or not due.

If it has been agreed that the customer may withdraw from the contract free of charge within a certain period of time, SEEMOMENTE shall be entitled to withdraw from the contract during this period.

The city of Überlingen (not applicable to apartment SEEZEIT FN) charges a tourist tax per guest per night in addition to the overnight rate. This amounts to €3.50 during peak season (April to October) and €2.60 during off-season. This amount is due and billed at the same time as the overnight stay. The city may change the tourist tax at short notice.

Guests are required to register online with the city of Überlingen prior to arrival. The link for this will be provided prior to arrival. Without registration, the key cannot be deposited.

Check-in in Überlingen: From 3:00 PM, you can use the safe. The PIN will be sent in advance via email.

Check Out Überlingen: Until 10:00 on the day of departure

Check-in SEEZEIT FN: Available from 4:00 PM via safe. The PIN will be sent in advance via email.

Check Out SEEZEIT FN: Until 11:00 on the day of departure

Pets are not allowed.

Damage must be reported.

Parties in the house are not permitted.

Parties and bachelor parties are not permitted

Smoking is not permitted

Barbecues are not permitted

Taking bicycles into the rooms is not permitted
