The 1-room flat is suitable for 2 adults.

The bed is 1.80m by 2m. A baby cot and a high chair are available on request.

Towels and bed linen are provided once: 1 large shower towel per person, 1 small towel, 1 bath mat, 1 kitchen towel, 1 kitchen cloth.

The flat is bright and flooded with light thanks to the large windows.

Check In: Possible from 15:00 via safe. The PIN will be sent in advance by email.

Check Out: Until 10:00 on the day of departure

There is free WLAN in the flat.
There is a BOSCH coffee machine (Tassimo) in the flat.
A fan is also available.

There are no parking spaces at the house. If you would like to book the guest rate for the West car park (Christophstr. 3), please send an email with your car registration number. The guest rate costs €11 per day in 2025 and €15 per day from 2026 (up to a maximum of 7 days). On the day of arrival, you can enter the car park at any time. This means you can park in the West car park as soon as you arrive. On the day of departure, the ticket is valid until 3 p.m. If you wish to stay longer, you can easily pay the standard rate at the counter by providing your registration number. With the guest rate, you can enter and exit the car park at any time. Please do not purchase a chip, as the system is based on licence plates. You will receive the invoice before your arrival. Please note that during peak times (holidays, etc.), there may be longer waiting times at the West car park.

It is not possible to park bicycles in the house.

The excursion boat jetty is right at the front of the lake.

The city railway station is a 10-minute walk across the moat.

The landing stage with the bus station is approx. 3 minutes' walk away.

From here you can shop for everything you need for your SEEMOMENTS.

The market hall, a grocery shop (KAUF by Naturata), a drugstore, bakeries and many small shops are located directly around the house. On Wednesday and Saturday there is our weekly market in the Hofstatt, where you can buy regional vegetables, fruit, cheese, sausages and much more.

There are countless cafés and restaurants along the promenade as well as in the streets of the old town. Café Laimouna is located in the building itself. It offers a creative and healthy selection of great dishes.
